Ingredients:

Crust

  • 1 C butter, softened
  • 1/2 C powdered sugar
  • 2 C flour

Filling

  • 2 C sugar
  • 4 T flour
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 5 t almond extract

Directions:

  1. Mix together ingredients for crust and press into 9X13 pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust.
  4. Bake additional 25 minutes.
  5. Cut into 18 bars.
