almond croissant baked oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C oats
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 T maple syrup
  • almonds (sliced)
  • sugar for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In an oven-proof, single serve dish combine oats, egg, milk, baking powder and syrup.
  3. Place banana in dish and push to the bottom.
  4. Garnish with sliced almonds and sugar.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
