almond croissant baked oats
Ingredients:
- 1/3 C oats
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 T maple syrup
- almonds (sliced)
- sugar for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In an oven-proof, single serve dish combine oats, egg, milk, baking powder and syrup.
- Place banana in dish and push to the bottom.
- Garnish with sliced almonds and sugar.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
