  • 1/2 chopped apple-peel on
  • 1/3 c spinach
  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1/2 c canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 1 tb chia seeds
  • 2 tb pecans
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • pinch of clove or pumpkin pie spice
