4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1/2 cup Italian salad dressin
1/2 cup meatless spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
spaghtetti sauce mix
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup dried minced onion
3 T celery flakes
1/4 C parsley flakes
1 T orgegano
1 T basil
4 t sugar
2 t salt
2 t garlic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Dip chicken in salad dressing, then coat with crumb mixture. Place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, until chicken juices run clear, 40-45 minutes. Drizzle with spaghetti sauces and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.
