28 oz noodles (lo mein, egg noodles, spaghetti noodles. I used fresh sweet pumpkin noodles cause lo mein noodles were completely out at the Korean market)
1 medium size carrot, julienned
20 snow peas
6 cabbage leaves, sliced
8 mushrooms, sliced
6 scallion, cut 2 inches wide
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients listed under “LO MEIN SAUCE”\
Thinly slice your beef and marinate with 2 TBSP of “LO MEIN SAUCE” and 2 tsp cornstarch. Marinate this for 10 mins and then sear.\
For your veggies, heat up some oil (high heat) and sauté your carrots for 1 minute. Then add snow pea and sauté for another minute. Then add cabbage and sauté for another minute. Add mushrooms, sauté for 1 minute. Add scallion, sauté for 1 minute. I recommend sautéing the veggies in this order.\
Once your veggies are all sautéed, add your noodles and the rest of your “LO MEIN SAUCE”\
Combined your veggies, noodles, and “LO MEIN SAUCE” well before topping it off with your seared beef and enjoy
