Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit mix
  • 2 C cooked chicken
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 2 C chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:

  1. Put stick of butter in 9 X 13 casserole. Place in oven and heat to 350.
  2. When butter is melted remove dish. Place chicken in casserole dish.
  3. Pour bag of mixed vegetables over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
  5. Combine milk, biscuit mix and seasoning packet.
  6. Pour biscuit mix over chicken and vegetables.
  7. Combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
  8. Pour over biscuit mix.
  9. Cook in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Should be gold and bubbly and still a little giggly in the middle.
  10. Let sit for 10 minutes.
