Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 C milk
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit mix
- 2 C cooked chicken
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 2 C chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions:
- Put stick of butter in 9 X 13 casserole. Place in oven and heat to 350.
- When butter is melted remove dish. Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Pour bag of mixed vegetables over chicken.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Combine milk, biscuit mix and seasoning packet.
- Pour biscuit mix over chicken and vegetables.
- Combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup.
- Pour over biscuit mix.
- Cook in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Should be gold and bubbly and still a little giggly in the middle.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
