Ingredients:
- frozen pie crust
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 c mixed frozen vegetable
Directions:
- Melt butter in skillet
- Add flour and seasonings, cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add wine and heavy cream, cook until thickened
- Add cream of chicken, vegetables, and chicken
- Pour into pie crust
- Top with additional pie crust (or melt 2 tbs butter and mix in 1/2 c bread crumbs)
- Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes
