cinnamon roll energy bites - HMM
Ingredients:
For coating
- 2 T almond flour
- 4 1/2 t coconut sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
For the Bites
- 6 Jedjool dates
- 1 c cashews
- 1/4 c almond butter
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c almond flour
- salt to taste
Directions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all bites ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined. A sticky dough will form.
- Roll into 1"-2" balls. Place on baking sheet.
- Combine ingredients for coating in a bowl.
- Roll each ball in coating. Replace on baking sheet.
- Refridgerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
