garlic parm rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 C long grain rice
  • 2 C chicken broth
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine rice, chicken broth and garlic.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove rice from heat and stir in grated Parmesan.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
