Gingerbread baked oats - Homemade Method
Ingredients:
- 3 T avocado oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C Greek yogurt
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/4 C molasses
- 1 t vanilla
- 1.5 C milk
- 2.5 C oats
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 t ground ginger
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/4 t allspice
- 1/4 t ground cloves
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 8X8 baking dish.
- Combine oil, egg, yogurt, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla and milk. Whisk together.
- Add oats, baking powder, spices and salt. Stir to combine. Transfere to baking dish.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
