Gingerbread baked oats - Homemade Method

Ingredients:

  • 3 T avocado oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C Greek yogurt
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 1/4 C molasses
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1.5 C milk
  • 2.5 C oats
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 2 t ground ginger
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1/4 t allspice
  • 1/4 t ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 8X8 baking dish.
  2. Combine oil, egg, yogurt, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla and milk. Whisk together.
  3. Add oats, baking powder, spices and salt. Stir to combine. Transfere to baking dish.
  4. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  5. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
