Ingredients:
TOPPING
- 3 cups pre-shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup coleslaw dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
SANDWICH
Directions:
- Combine all topping ingredients in bowl; toss lightly. Set aside.
- Lightly spread cut-sides with butter. Layer ham evenly onto both sides of buns. Top with cheese slices.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup topping over cheese on bottom half of each bun; cover with top half of bun. Serve immediately.
