ham and cheese sub

Ingredients:

TOPPING

  • 3 cups pre-shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

SANDWICH

Directions:

  1.  Combine all topping ingredients in bowl; toss lightly. Set aside.
  2. Lightly spread cut-sides with butter. Layer ham evenly onto both sides of buns. Top with cheese slices.
  3. Spoon about 1/3 cup topping over cheese on bottom half of each bun; cover with top half of bun. Serve immediately.
