Keto Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 5 oz of feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3-4 basil leaves sliced
  • 1 package raw zucchini noodles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In baking pan, add your tomatoes, feta, oil, garlic, and seasonings
  3. Bake for 30 mins until the tomatoes burst and feta is super smooth
  4. Remove pan from oven, add basil and (optional) sweetener
  5. Add raw zucchini noodles, toss in how sauce for 3 mins

Notes:

I usually toss some frozen blackened chicken tenders in the air fryer, then chop them up and combine with noddles.
