Keto Blackened Chicken and Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Seasonings (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder 
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder 
  • Package of angel hair or spaghetti pasta
  • ¼ teaspoon parsley 
  • ¼ teaspoon basil 
  • 5 chicken strips sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon butter or avocado oil 
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder 

    Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded provolone cheese 
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Pasta and chicken

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan. Add the chicken with either butter and or oil. 
  3. Season the chicken with seasonings. 
  4. Once fully cooked, remove the chicken and set it aside. 

Sauce

  1. In a pot, add in heavy cream and butter. 
  2. Bring to a simmer oven medium heat. 
  3. Gradually add the cheeses. 
  4. Reduce heat to low, And continue to stir until cheese melted. 
  5. Add chicken once the sauce is ready. 
  6. Serve sauce over pasta.
