Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sweetener
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Green onion and cilantro
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded or 1/2 cup
- 1 head of butter lettuce
Directions:
- On medium high heat, cook your meat and drain excess liquid
- Add your onion and carrots, as well as all other ingredients. Stir until everything is combined and fragrant!
- Now, add the rest of your ingredients
- Prep your lettuce! Core the inside and pull leaves apart.
- Add your meat mixture, top with more sriracha and enjoy!
