Keto Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp minced fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Green onion and cilantro
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded or 1/2 cup
  • 1 head of butter lettuce

Directions:

  1. On medium high heat, cook your meat and drain excess liquid
  2. Add your onion and carrots, as well as all other ingredients. Stir until everything is combined and fragrant!
  3. Now, add the rest of your ingredients
  4. Prep your lettuce! Core the inside and pull leaves apart.
  5. Add your meat mixture, top with more sriracha and enjoy!
