Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp granular sweetner
- 1 cup of nuts (any kind)
- Dark (low-carb) baking chips
Directions:
- Lightly brown butter
- Add in cream, vanilla, sweetner and let simmer for 5 minutes
- Add in nuts, mix until combined
- Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture onto parchment lined backing sheet
- Put in freezer for 30 mins
- Melt baking chips
- Remove turtles from freezer and drizzel melted chocolate on top
