Keto Turtles

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp granular sweetner
  • 1 cup of nuts (any kind)
  • Dark (low-carb) baking chips

Directions:

  1. Lightly brown butter
  2. Add in cream, vanilla, sweetner and let simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Add in nuts, mix until combined
  4. Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture onto parchment lined backing sheet
  5. Put in freezer for 30 mins
  6. Melt baking chips
  7. Remove turtles from freezer and drizzel melted chocolate on top
