Lasagna Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz green beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cup marinara (low sugar)
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Add green beans to sheet pan, spray with cooking spray and season with garlic, salt, and pepper
  3. Bake for 25 minutes
  4. While green beans are baking, brown ground beef and season with garlic powder
  5. Once browned, add marinara
  6. Remove green beans from oven and top with ground beef mixture and mozzarella
  7. Bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  8. Remove from oven and top with crushed red pepper and chopped fresh basil
