Ingredients:
- 1.5 C oats
- 1 banana
- 1.5 C unsweetened almond milk
- 2 T maple syrup
- 3 T chia seeds
- 3 T nut butter
1.5 t baking powder
toppings:
3/4 C walnuts, chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 t. cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place all ingredients, except for toppings, into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer batter to 8X8 casserole dish. Top with toppings.
- Bake 25-30 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup.
