mexican rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cubes knorr chicken bouillon with tomato
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Heat oil
  • Add rice and garlic, cook til fragrant
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Break bouillon up in water
  • Return to boil
  • Cover and simmer until water is evaporated (about 20 minutes)
  • Do not stir until finished cooking
