Total: 2 hours 30 minutes Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 5 c. old-fashioned oats
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk
- Bring mixture to a boil and let boil 1 minute
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and salt, then stir in oats
- Drop tablespoons of mixture onto parchment paper and let set until cooled and hardened, 2 hours
