  • 1lb chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 zuchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Lemon Pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Toss veggies and chicken with seasoning
  3. Lay out chicken and veggies on sheet pan with parchment paper
  4. Bake for 25 mins
