Ingredients:

  • 1lb Chicken breast or tenders
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Lemon pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt / pepper
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cauliflower rice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Season chicken and veggies all over with seasonings
  3. Bake for 25 mins
  4. Make cauliflower rice with butter and any additional seasoning
