overnight chicken tetrazzini

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken (whole rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 8-oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 cup grated parmesan

Directions:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, onion powder, and garlic powder
  • Stir in uncooked pasta
  • Pour pasta mixture into prepared pan. cover and refrigerate overnight
  • Remove casserole from refrigerator and uncover
  • Preheat oven to 350ºf
  • Top casserole with grated parmesan. bake, uncovered, for 1 hour
