overnight chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken (whole rotisserie chicken)
- 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/4 cup milk
- 1-1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 8-oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
- Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray
- In a large bowl combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, onion powder, and garlic powder
- Stir in uncooked pasta
- Pour pasta mixture into prepared pan. cover and refrigerate overnight
- Remove casserole from refrigerator and uncover
- Preheat oven to 350ºf
- Top casserole with grated parmesan. bake, uncovered, for 1 hour
