Pie Crust - Granny Creech

Ingredients:

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1/2 c oil (for flaky crust use butter, cold and cubed )

Directions:

  1. Prepare pie crust before preparing filling.
  2. Sift flour and salt.
  3. Add milk and oil.
  4. Mix with fork to stick together.
  5. Roll into 2 balls.
  6. Put between wax paper, roll out.
  7. Roll pie crust around rolling pin to move to pie plate.
