Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 beef bullion cubes or 2 cups beef broth
- 2 C milk
- 1 C cream
- 3 T flour
- 2 T butter, softened
- 1 C grated cheese
- 1 T minced onion
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 slices bacon, cooked (garnish)
Directions:
- Boil potatoes until fork tender (about 15 minutes)
- Reserve 2 C potato water.
- Combine potatoes, water, beef broth, milk, and cream.
- Blend butter with flour.
- Add butter to pot with potatoes, stir until thick.
- Add remaining ingredients
