pie crust - makes 2 crusts
- 1.5 C flour
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C corn oil
pie filling - makes enough filling for 2 pies
- 2 C pumpkin (1 lb can)
- 1.5 C sugar
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 2.5 C milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaping T flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbs brown sugar (can substitute ginger and cloves to equal 4 TBS)
