Heat skillet over medium high heat and add red pepper slices skin side down. Cook until browned.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Prepare green beans and toss with on one side of baking sheet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put in oven while preparing salmon.
Once peppers have finished roasting, remove from pan and let cool. Once cool mince peppers until they reach a paste like consistency.
Prepare salmon dressing. Combine minced roasted red pepper, garlic, honey, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, and 1 slice of lemon juice.
Pat salmon and place on baking sheet with green beans. Season all over with salt and pepper and then place dressing all over salmon.
Place back in oven for 14 mins
Prepare frozen cauliflower while salmon cooks. Add to small pot and heat until all moisture has evaporated. Once cooked through add 1tbsp of butter and seasonings of choice.
After salmon has cooked through, set to broil 2-4 mins
Remove salmon and green beans from oven. Plate with cauliflower rice and enjoy.
