Sea Salt Caramel Granola - Homemade Method
Ingredients:
- 2T maple syrup
- 2 T coconut oil
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 C rolled oats
- 1/2 pecans, chopped
- 4 dates, chopped
- 2 T coconut
- 1/8 t salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla.
- In separate bowl, combine oats and pecans.
- Mix in liquid ingredients to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes for even baking. Grandola should be golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Stir in dates and coconut flakes, and sprinkle with salt.
- Allow to cool completely then transfer to air tight container.
