slow cooker beef stroganoff
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cubed beef stew meat
- 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 packet lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 pckg egg noodles cooked
Directions:
- In a slow cooker combine the meat, soup, onion, worcestershire sauce and water
- Cook on low setting for 5 hours
- Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and cooked noodles just before serving
