Ingredients:

  • ½ cup roasted red bell peppers drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Drain your smoked red peppers using a colander. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove additional moisture.
  2. Place red peppers in a small food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Store in an airtight jar overnight before using.
