Prep: 20 minutes + 3 hours Total: 3 hours 35 minutes Ingredients:
- 2 C flour
- 3/4 C butter
- 8 oz sour cream
- preserves or other pie filling
- coconut
- pecans
Directions:
- Mix flour and butter in food processor.
- Add sour cream.
- Form into 3 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Roll out to 7X12 rectangle.
- Spread preserves over. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
- Fold edges over and pinch together.
- Bake 15 minutes.
