Ingredients:

  • 2 C flour
  • 3/4 C butter
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • preserves or other pie filling
  • coconut
  • pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and butter in food processor.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Form into 3 balls. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  5. Heat oven to 350.
  6. Roll out to 7X12 rectangle.
  7. Spread preserves over. Sprinkle with coconut and pecans.
  8. Fold edges over and pinch together.
  9. Bake 15 minutes.
