Ingredients:
- 15 oz artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c green olives
- 2 5 oz cans tuna
- 2 t capers
- 2 t olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest
- salt, to taste
- avocado, sliced
- romaine lettuce
Directions:
- in food processor, combine artichokes and olives. mix tuna, capers, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, and artichoke mixture in a bowl.
- spoon small amount into lettuce leaves.
- add sliced avocado
