zuppa toscana - Olive Garden soup
Ingredients:
- ground italian sausage
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 1/8 C onion, diced
- 9 slices of bacon, cooked
- 2 1/4 t minced garlic
- 3 C kale, chopped
- 3 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C cream
Directions:
- Fry sausage, bacon and onion in dutch oven. Cook until translucent.
- Add garlic, cook additional minute.
- Add chicken broth and potatoes. Boil for 15 minutes.
- Add kale and cream. Simmer 4 minutes.
